10 inventions that ended poorly for mankind

However, somewhere along the road, they fell into the wrong hands and were greatly misused. See three of ten big inventions that went bad for mankind below:
- Ecstacy—Developed by Anton Kollich, the drug was intended to be used as a research tool for learning how to control abnormal bleeding.
- Agent orange—Arthur Galston developed the detrimental chemical while trying to boost the growth rate of soybeans.
- Concentration camps—Frederick Roberts created ‘refugee camps’ to provide shelter for innocent civillians displaced by the Boer War.
