  • Great perspective on how the internet has forced us away from the “old school” methods that are the most effective to build lasting relationships, even in the workplace. I always close out my big, challenging initiatives with hand written thank you cards to all of my sponsors and key resources that helped get things to the finish line. Then they email to thank me for the hand written thank you card..LOL. This is a part of my personal brand and has helped me build the types of relationships that when I need forgiveness because I am human and cannot always be perfect, they are the first in line to support me.
