21 ways great bosses foster innovation

Bob Sutton has compiled a list of twenty-one ways that great bosses believe in and do to foster innovation. #6 is “Say I don’t know” on a regular basis. How many times have those words passed through your boss’s lips? Bob is The Man when it comes to things like this since he literally wrote the book about asshole bosses.

This is a page that has no merit and simply slows up the link click-through so you can greedily grab some traffic numbers... If you add value by finding the links for people that is GREAT! Keep that going on your site. But having these pointless interim pages (and remember - that's pointless to the user, who matters, not you) just feels like SPAM.
