3-year-old disappointed in books for Christmas [video]

An adorable three-year-old boy poo-poos a Christmas gift of books. The future is looking bright, America. Although, who would want books after opening a Wii anyway?

Could be better. Could be worse. Guess we'll never know unless they happened to record how much more he liked them when read as bedtime stories. Reading is over-rated. Seeing is better. Interacting is an improvement on that, and then experiencing is life itself. Or so I read. It's like the evolution from books, to radio, to TV, video games, to constructively-gaming life itself. That's what I've been trying to do and explain to everyone for awhile now. Parents (that are afraid of the interwebs Ahhh!!!) just don't understand.

Tony, I don't know, but I know we as viewers of a mere 47-second clip of it have no clue about the context and relativity, so it might be hasty to judge so strongly on assumption, especially when the kid didn't even throw a tantrum or anything, he simply stated something along the 3-year-old's-language-conveyance-ability of "WTF? You give books to a me for Christmas parental-type-figures? You give me books all the time, so this just feels like you brought "normal" into Christmas instead of keeping it all ridiculously insanely over-the-top clearly fairly-well-off-American consumerist. But that's cool as long as you're gonna read them to me."

Or at least I would guess. I've never gotten a Wii or books, so I dunno.

Is Santa Claus more or less real than Jesus or Tony the Tiger? So who's really at fault for the world being crazy? Parents, politicians, pundits, preachers?

Meh.

This is why hopefully by the time I have kids I will have an entirely new and sane world of cyclical and "God-willing" more meaningful holidays, celebrations, and blah, blah, blah designed and built so such traumatic childhood instances of finding out those who brought you into this world and for all practical purposes own you have been lying to you for years about cookies and milk and wine and wafers alike. (facepalm)

Damnit hoomans.

I wonder what those books are now. Damnit. See.

Oh noes. Now this just created another completely interesting yet totally WTF-grade question in my mind. What does Will and Jada Smith's kid (Jayden?) know that I don't?
