Our worst habits are always the hardest ones to break, but if you can manage to insert at least a few of these positive habits into your daily routine, you’ll be ahead of the game. See a few below:
- Drink a glass of water when you wake up. Your body is dehydrated when you wake up, resolve that issue early and kickstart your day.
- Solve puzzles. Word games, sudoku, and quizzes are a great way to exercise your brain.
- Make quick decisions. What you’re going to eat for dinner shouldn’t be an hour long debate.
