4 hacks to help you eat less
In the battle against over eating, some of us need all the help we can get. These four hacks are simple actions you can take to cut down your daily calorie intake. For example, try brushing your teeth immediately after every meal. That helps you fight the urge for seconds, and the minty freshness will keep your appetite at bay until your food digests.
