The way in which we share information is increasingly more accessible, engaging, and simple. Micro-blogging and real-time sites like Twitter are here to stay, so why shouldn’t business procedure documents be created and shared in the same way we share other forms of content? Here are five reasons to write procedures in Twitter.
- If one user has a question—it’s likely that others have the same one too. By answering it through a retweet, the message gets to everyone clearly.
- People are accustomed to getting information as it develops—and would likely appreciate this formula in the office. A tweet takes less time to create and send than calling a meeting and gathering everyone into one room for a simple announcement.
