It’s Week 9 of the National Geographic Photo Contest, and here are some of the editors’ favorites in each of the four categories: Travel Portraits, Sense of Place, Spontaneous Moments, and Outdoor Scenes. Winning images will be showcased in the November/December 2011 issue of National Geographic Traveler magazine. Top prize is a 14-day trip to Britain and Ireland for two aboard the National Geographic Explorer. There’s still time to enter: the contest ends July 11.
