7 ways to get more time out of your day

Ever feel like twenty four hours isn’t enough time to finish your daily tasks? Do you often move today’s work over to tomorrow’s to do list? Here’s seven ways to change your behaviour in order to create more time in your day.

1. Get up earlier. Seems obvious, but getting up even fifteen minutes earlier you can give you a more relaxing morning. Think about it, instead of rushing out of the house with wet hair and no time for breakfast - you could have blow dried your hair and made some toast.

2. Create a plan. Before you start treading through that swamp of emails and messages, jot down the three most important tasks you want to accomplish by day’s end. And before you start tidying up your desk or other busy work, start the most important task.

Don't go to sleep. Or, sleep during the day, when all the distractions happen. Delegate all your stuff to someone else. Quit your job. Or just don't go to work.
