8 natural ways to prevent sunburn
Staying in the shade would be the obvious solution, but if you live in Hawaii and spend summers surfing in Waikiki like my family and I do, then staying indoors is not an option.
Natural solutions are battling the scalding rays of sunshine from the inside out. Here are a few suggestions:
- Drink green tea for its antioxidants.
- Take Vitamin D.
- Eat salmon, shrimp or pink flamingo.
