Apple ditches CD in iTunes logo
Steve Jobs strolled onto the stage at Apple’s 2010 Fall Event sporting a slightly tweaked look—a crew neck replaced the usual mock-turtleneck and the wash on his beloved Levis appeared a tad bit less dad jean-esque. Steve wasn’t the only one sporting a new look though; the iTunes logo underwent a makeover too. Abandoning the out-of-date CD imagery, the revamped logo features a rotund double-clef note in a blue circle.

But who knows, I got used to Quicktime's new icon. :/
Bottom line: This is all subjective. As for me, I'm having a tougher time parsing the now largely gray navigation in iTunes 10!
