Stoney deGeyter compiled the “Best Damn Web Marketing Checklist, Period!” It contains 400 items in over twenty-three topics including domain names, site design, navigation, links, and buttons. The posting is from 2008, so it doesn’t include anything on Twitter, but it’s great nonetheless.

One Twitter-specific suggestion is that you add the Tweetmeme button to your site. (Disclosure: I am an advisor to Tweetmeme.) This button enables your readers to retweet your site very easily.

That certainly is one of the best web marketing checklists I have seen! It's not a big deal if there's not much on social media. Now you can find us the best social media marketing checklist. :)

Would agree on TweetMeme if it allowed me to tweet from my multiple accounts and not link to only one of them.
