Most of our embarrassing stories from childhood are confined in the telling to spouses, friends and, perhaps, everyone at our wedding reception, but six-year-old Isaak Lasson will not be so lucky thanks to the Internet.

His parents and doctors thought he was destined for a lifetime of suffering due to a persistent sinus issue, but one particularly adventurous doctor took the plunge and found the root of the problem: a LEGO wheel stuck up the schnoz.
