    Whoooaaaa where are these “resort like amenities” at my college? Luxurious dorms?! My college has above average dorms, but they’re still no where near luxurious. Spartan might be a better word for it… And who the hell has a lazy river, hot tubs, and a concierge service?!

    Why are health insurance expenses listed alongside “lazy rivers” as proof that universities are in it to make money? No university in the world wants to pay the crazy cost of benefits but they don’t have a choice. I suppose a university could replace its entire teaching and administrative staff with adjuncts and part-time workers and eliminate that health insurance line completely, but if anything wouldn’t that show less of a committment to education?
