Cool typographic maps
Check out this great typographic maps project from Axis Maps. They are geographically accurate and plot out city streets, highways, parks, neighbourhoods, and so on, using nothing but typefaces. Axis Maps revealed that every single piece of type you see was manually placed, and each map took hundreds of hours to complete. Pretty impressive!
