Everyone loves a Slinky in slow-motion [video]

The science behind a Slinky tumble includes things like static equilibrium and Hooke’s law, but you don’t need a degree in physics or Slinkology to appreciate the awesomeness of the coiled toy succumbing to gravity. Science video blog Veritasium teamed up with Australian science center Questacon to gather incredible slow-motion footage of the Slinky’s levitation trick.
