Facebook has unveiled “Friendsheet,” which closely mimics the functionality and feel of Pinterest. The tool gets points for easy Facebook integration, writes Jessica Miller-Merrell, but it lacks the social-discovery features that make Pinterest so compelling. “My prediction is that unless Facebook has plans to update Friendsheet and increase the viral sharing nature, it … will go the way of the dinosaur,” Miller-Merrell writes.
