So far, unimpressed with Google+ and don't see it being a popular tool among the masses in its current state. Could change, obviously, as its way too early in the game.

I am waiting to see them roll out the business pages, but I love the intimate groups of circles and this infographic ROCKS!! Very helpful to describe the differences to my clients, GREAT job.

I agree with johndobbs. I hope Google+ will not introduce games. Constantly getting spammed by invites from friends to play dozens of games you have no interest in playing gets very annoying and clutters up pages. The games and similar apps are also one of the primary means by which people's accounts are compromised on FB. All in all Google+ wins out big in my opinion, unless you are a business... or Facebook. Lol.

In those countries where Facebook is banned such as China, Vietnam, Google + can be an advantage!
