Researchers in the Warwick Business School in the United Kingdom found that unrestricted access to social media increased the productivity of large telecommunications company.

  • good but it is more about the benefits of connectivity than social media per se :)

  • As a writer aiming for world domination (not an author, yet) having Google+ on the desktop on the second screen gets the creative engine going again. It's like a power pill. Use in moderation.

  • +Guy Kawasaki I'd follow the research always. My comment was to reference the ridiculous (sound bite) reporting some media outlets produce. I wondered if anyone else had heard the FOX claim. Good stuff from you always. ;-)
