Do a quick evaluation of your surroundings and identify sources of distraction. Conversations of others near your workspace, personal life worries, or sound alerts that you have new tweets or messages are only a few elements that weaken our concentration.
One step to improve concentration is to integrate meditation into your daily routine. Find at least twenty-minutes of your day to relax your mind. This practice provides a renewed focus when you return to your tasks.
The reason why they say a “healthy body is a healthy mind” is because it’s true. Schedule and keep daily workouts that include full body stretches to allow all of you to breathe. Exercise is not only good for your body, but also your mind.
