How to live in Hawaii for just $3 a day

Media_httpdldropboxco_zlvgy

Hawaii is one of those vacation destinations known for its hefty price tag as much as it is known for its breathtaking views. But thanks to the generous taxpayers of Honolulu, homeless individuals are able to live relatively comfortably for a mere three dollars a day. Yes, the 5-cent redemption program allows street dwellers to sleep at a shelter, eat hot meals (plus be given two hundred dollars worth of food stamps) and receive free healthcare for just three bucks a day. What’s more is that those staying at the shelter are able to collect and recycle plastic bottles and aluminum cans to support themselves.

That in itself is pretty innovative, but what’s most surprising about this program is that one-third of its users are from out of town.

What does Hawaii expect... most locals know how to live and work with their families all helping each other... Hawaii should learn from California and see how fast they will go bankrupt supporting all non residents!!!!
