How to live to be 100+
Countless cubicle dwellers spend much of the work week hoping to survive to see Saturday, but imagine moving your thinking beyond the next few days and concentrating on surviving the next 70 or 80 years. National Geographic writer Dan Buettner and his team traveled to the world’s “Blue Zones,” places where elders live to record-setting ages, and discovered the secrets of staying spry past the age of 100.
