PBS, go figure, has compiled a list of eight tips to make sponsored tweets work. The tips include protecting your reputation, disclosing your interests, and conversing. Read all the tips here. This is sure to stir up a little controversy--mostly among people who couldn’t get sponsored if they tried.

Making it conversational's the most important thing. One of our first recommendation to advertisers is to also include their Twitter accounts (e.g. @assetizeupdates) in the message so that readers know where to find them and dialog. That change alone has increased ROI tremendously.
