Don’t be alarmed. The Japanese police haven’t lost their minds. They’re just practicing for a jailbreak. Or, more properly, a zoo-break. Watch them participate in their bi-annual zoo-break drill. Which naturally includes a paper mache rhino. And drill casualties.
