Make your own chips in the microwave

Media_httpsavorysweet_lpbod

Looking for a way to satisfy the salty, crunchy yearnings for good, old-fashioned chips? Savory Sweet Life shows us how to whip them up from the comfort of our own home with a little help from the kitchen microwave. It looks like something college kids could even make cheaply in their dorm room. All you need is one russet potato, non-stick spray, salt, pepper, and parchment paper or a glass plate.

To see the rest of the recipe, go to Savory Sweet Life.

I must add that to keep them from coming out so oily, and still keep them from sticking to the plate, I use one of these brilliant gadgets: http://bit.ly/silpat

Cheers!
