No grocery aisle rag would be complete these days without an expose of stars without their makeup, but back in the days of early black and white movies, the real horror would have been seeing them readied for the camera, not walking the dog or popping out to the coffee shop.
Retronaut has a glimpse of the different colors needed for the orthochromatic film used to make the actors and actresses pop on film and resemble the zombie hordes off.
