  1. I eat ALL of these almost every morning (except the olive oil – I usually catch up with that at night). I do it because they're great together – but glad to know that I may be helping what's left of my mind! :)

  2. Not really but my wife is a big fan so every thing is dark chocolate ….
    But I don't complain  I just eat it —— And I do like berries and nuts also 
    I eat to get full ,not really for health ….. But I do eat small meals most of the time and try not to overeat
