More work, more weight for older women
Middle-aged women who work more than 35 hours per week are more at risk of gaining weight, according to a new study.
“Extended work hours may reduce the time spent preparing home-cooked meals, exercising, and sleeping, which are risk factors for obesity,” says Monash University researcher Nicole Au.
