Toto’s never been so glad to be out of Kansas, thanks to the recent storm that brought a winter’s worth of white to the state in February alone. For Oklahoma, this has been the second snowiest month ever behind March 1911, and there are still two weeks to go. Those are some cold and lonesome plains out there, folks. Can anyone tell us if Quinter is still standing?
