Next up: see-through bracelet cellphones?
Researchers have developed transparent, flexible memory chips, which could lead to inventions like see-through cell phones that wrap around the wrist.
Such a thing may be possible before long, according to Rice University chemist James Tour, whose lab engineered the memory chips, using silicon oxide as the active component.
