It's a great eatery, and for a place that is conscious enough to serve grass fed beef (that hopefully sleep in cozy mangers), and creative enough to advertise this way--it's odd that nobody questions the amount of paper and plastic they encourage for shopping in their take out. A plastic tray for a gourmet brownie? All those little portions to take away and eat somewhere else. Are not fooling ourselves about the whole Green thing, when we live like this? Most Simple brand--lots of paper and plastic--not that they are worse of deserving of criticism--this critique is mostly a design critique--or am I the only one who sees that when I watch?

Well the problem with businesses today we try to use our packages such as paper and plastic packages to advertise our products, when these materials only add to the pollution of our environment. What they should do is make them reusable or kept as momentoes so that the patrons can always remember our brand.
