NYC tap water consumers get bonus micro-shrimp

You spend a lifetime keeping separate sets of dishes, checking every package for the kosher green light, and then you find out the city’s been sneaking shellfish into the water. The copepods do have a purpose beyond offending orthodox Jews; they are used to eat mosquito larvae. Those who have lodged complaints were told by the Department of Environmental Protection to use a commercial filter, which should remove the little critters before consumption of the tap water. Cocktail sauce with your water bill, anyone?

Well, but did anyone died of it??? It's ok if it's grose, but, if it's not heathy, then it's a problem. Actualy, if it's not dangerous, then no one should show this to people! Now, those who consumed tap water and made a contribution to the environment, are now gonna stop drinking it! THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

preeeeetty sure it's not an issue of "grose"ness.
also, i'm confused that "contribution" and "environment" are spelled correctly, but DID ANYONE DIED OF IT passes.
