Photos of the Disneyland Dream Suite
Posted by staff / July 18, 2011I had no idea until a few days ago that there is a two-bedroom suite inside Disneyland. It’s call the Dream Suite. It contains two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, and a walk-in closet totaling 2,200 square feet. It was originally designed for Walt Disney, but he passed away in 1966 before it was completed.
From 1966 to 1987 it lay dormant until it became the Disney Gallery. Then in 2007, the space was turned into the Dream Suite. It is located above the Pirates of the Caribbean ride on the New Orleans Square. Guests are selected at random to stay in it.
(Disclosure: my two kids and I were treated as VIP guests of Disneyland. And when I say “VIP,” I mean VIP. We stayed in the Pirates of the Caribbean Suite and had a VIP tour guide with us the whole time.)

WOW! That is more than just a suite, it’s a DREAM! How did you get randomly picked because I be my family would love to be VIP 😀
