Puzzling out the grandfather paradox [video]

If you went back in time and killed your grandfather, you wouldn’t be born, so it couldn’t happen, right?
That all depends on how time works, and since we don’t have any experimental data on which to rely, we have to look at the theories we currently have.
Let MinutePhysics explain, yet, if you could avoid killing your grandfather (or anyone, for that matter), that’d be great.
