Rio de Janiero is set to be a soccer hotspot over the next four years as it hosts both the World Cup and the Summer Olympics, and eleven-year-old Gabriel Muniz will be there cheering along with all of his friends.

In Muniz’ case, though, it may also be the perfect time to put forth his argument for a place in Paralympic‘s soccer.
