In the litigious age in which we live, it pays to be prepared, so we hope Santa has a good lawyer or two on hand up at the North Pole. Not everyone still believes, so if he’s taken as an imposter, things could get pretty sketchy for old St. Nick.
Jill Harness over at Neatorama did a little legal digging and found that Santa could have a sizable rap sheet by Christmas morning if the law decided to go Grinch on him including charges of conspiracy, false impersonation and breaking and entering, to name a few.
We don’t even want to know what would happen to the poor guy in the slammer.
