Something’s different about the Sears website—I just can’t put my finger on it. Oh wait, I’ve got it now: The place is being run by zombies.
As Halloween approaches, Sears Blue Crew gets a little scary by taking up the zombie spirit. Posting three delightfully funny videos (below), Sears—a self-proclaimed equal opportunity employer—shows what Sears would look like as a department store managed by the undead. Chief to this vision is an undead version of its homepage. Appropriately, the website is fully translated into zombie speak. As one Blue Zombie Crew member succinctly remarks, “rabhabh gang aga!n.”
It’s a fun, timely effort that positions itself to go viral.
