See Rover work: An animation of Curiosity’s mission [video]
At 10:02 AM EST yesterday, NASA’s Mars Science Laboratory blasted off from Cape Canaveral and is expected to start work on the Red Planet in August of 2012 when it touches down. Here is an artist’s rendering of what the mission might look like presuming all goes well.
