Government officials in Australia blame junkie wallabies for creating crop circles on the island state of Tasmania. The jumping marsupials reportedly nosh on opium poppies and then manically hop around the poppy fields, forming crop circles in the process.
Australia’s poppy crops supply about 50 percent of the world’s legally-grown opium, which medicine companies use in the making of morphine and other painkillers.
No word if Australia has plans for wallaby rehab facility, though Dr. Drew is probably available.
