To cook or not to cook with an iPhone

While newspapers have been pretty much crushed by digital formats, Slate asks whether iPhones have done the same to the cookbook industry. In a fun piece charting the greasy adventures of cooking with an iPhone, Slate writer Sara Dickerman tests various iPhone cooking helpers—like Vooks, Grocery Zen, and the Epicurious app—to see whether she’ll toss the old cookbook and use her iPhone instead. (Although, the picture above seems to suggest a less high-tech iGuy could be pretty useful, to — ha!)

My suggestion would be to get YummySoup, best Mac recipe app out there! Drag and Drop recipe from the Internet with automatic import, amazing.
