January 27 marks one year since the world got its first look at Apple's iPad. We all enjoyed a few feminine hygiene jokes about the name and speculated about the future of tablets, not knowing how the gadget market would receive the iPad. One year later, the iPad is a bona fide hit, no one blushes at the mention of the word "pad," and we can't stop talking about what the new iPad might look like.
