this remind me a little bit of Mc Gregor and Maslow, but what you say its a well known fact it isnt, its the opposite, its been know that money isnt a positive motivator of great influence, but its a negative motivator of influence, for example, take your average worker and tell them that they received a raise of 10%, they probably wont be more efficient at work, but if you tell the same worker that they just lowered his salary in 1% all hell breaks loose and you got a strike or any other form of rebellion in your hands.

This presenation would be fascinating even without the animation but with it, it's almost spellbinding!

Great presentation and talent! I wish more execs understood that sometimes incentivised goals lead to shortcuts and quality issues hurting brand and long term growth.

The artwork was not just ENTERTAINING, it facilitated the learning of teh message. We not only HEARD it, we READ it in the images! Which means we are more likely to remember the major points. Excellent presentation!

I understand that beyond a point, increase in money alone may not proportionally increase production, ideas or innovation. But, Why should increase in money decrease performance ?
