This is brilliant. I've come across the research in the past, but have never seen it put together so well and entertainingly. We will be sharing this with some of our clients.
Genius! Well executed form of presentation. This really works in creative and IT industry but not in clerical routine jobs. But yes, everyone should work with purpose and sense of freedom, and every bosses should recognized that. Thanks for sharing.
I am a fan of this guy and his illustrations and his speed of writing. Well i believe in hardwork and it pays of in form of incentives and money. do your duty and leave rest to god and dont go mad.
This is basically transcendental or transformational leadership. Find a purpose, get people behind it, the rewards are intrinsic, and the results create a positive domino.

The content is convincing and fit with my personal experiences. Though I was vaguely aware of it. And the illustration is awesome. Thank you so much for the revelation!

this remind me a little bit of Mc Gregor and Maslow, but what you say its a well known fact it isnt, its the opposite, its been know that money isnt a positive motivator of great influence, but its a negative motivator of influence, for example, take your average worker and tell them that they received a raise of 10%, they probably wont be more efficient at work, but if you tell the same worker that they just lowered his salary in 1% all hell breaks loose and you got a strike or any other form of rebellion in your hands.
Great presentation and talent! I wish more execs understood that sometimes incentivised goals lead to shortcuts and quality issues hurting brand and long term growth.

The artwork was not just ENTERTAINING, it facilitated the learning of teh message. We not only HEARD it, we READ it in the images! Which means we are more likely to remember the major points. Excellent presentation!

I understand that beyond a point, increase in money alone may not proportionally increase production, ideas or innovation. But, Why should increase in money decrease performance ?
