To say the public works budgets in Germany are tight would be an understatement if this wasn’t actually a very cleverly designed piece of street art by graffiti artist Martin Heuwold, aka MEGX.

The piece took four weeks to complete and was done with the blessing of city officials, because what city wouldn’t want to give the impression their infrastructure was made of plastic toy blocks?
