The happiest people get their 7-a-day
Researchers at the University of Warwick have studied the eating habits of 80,000 people in Britain and report that mental well-being appears to rise with the amount of fruit and vegetables people eat daily.
Well-being peaks at seven portions per day. In Britain today, however, a quarter of the population eat just one portion, or even zero, of fruit and vegetables each day.
