Google loves a wallet-busting shopping spree, snapping up start-ups like a teenager with daddy's credit card. Scores.org and Jess.net teamed up to create a mega-size timeline of Google’s acquisitions since 2001 that details not only what companies Google picked up, but also the reason for the purchase—“Building Revenue Streams,” “Cutting Competing Revenue Streams” or “A Little of Both.”
