The "My Way" vs. "Your way" transposing squares diagram is very meaningful. I wonder how he thought of it. At 17:20 in the video, he does the 'Indian headshake'. I have to say that I have been born and raised in India but I have never once seen that before or having it being called an "Indian headshake". Nice to see indian elites appearing in TED with meaningful presentations and talks.
