This is clearly an advertisement promoting PMP certification. While PMP certification attests to an individual’s project management experience, knowledge, and competency, it doesn’t guarantee that a project will not be over budget and/or over schedule. A more meaningful infographic would be to show the impact of PMPs on projects, e.g. the percentage of projects with PMP-certified managers that are not over budget and not over schedule.
