Think you’re pretty? You probably get angry
Women who perceive themselves as lookers may also have a more fiery disposition, according to new research from the University of California. In a small pool of interviews with 156 female students, those who felt more attractive were more likely to react angrily in conflict compared to those with a more modest view of themselves. In addition, the “prettier” girls also kept higher expectations of what they deserved and better resolved situations in their favor. Now this explains the University riots. UC students just think themselves especially good looking—right?
