Getting big companies to be real, after many years of being trained to fake it will be our biggest challenge. It's how the big fishies are going to be eaten by the little fishies.
Excellent video that could also apply to non SM activities.
Great work, Lewis. I've been following you on Twitter for awhile (in addition to Guy and a few others) and always need to re-inscribe stuff like this on my brain. It's so basic in theory, but the application is not always simple.

Good tips but the Sonos and Power Squid promotion felt forced and out of place.
Thank you for sharing this this great information, it's just what I needed. I'll have to go listen back a couple times to learn it all. I am pretty new to most of this and trying to learn the right way. Just this morning I told my fiance there has to be a Trust Worthy Book out there I can read. I was so happy to hear some of Lewis's recommendation. :) I feel more inspired and now I at least have a direction to head. I am off to find the best prices on these books. I NEVER PAY RETAIL for anything, but I am willing this time if I have to. ;) Thank you Lewis, Thank you Guy!

Great video to keep on file and pass along to the "newbies." Many on my Team are just getting started in Social Media. Sounds better coming from you Lewis...
As far as being on a lot of networks at a time, my thought is "jack of all trades is a master of none." My thinking is master one social network at a time, don't get overwhelmed, don't spread yourself thin.
Good stuff but pretty much basic common sense in many respects. Key take away: You only need to know about ten guys who have all the social media clout it seems......
Great video! I'm glad I came across it. Yes, most of the points were common sense in nature, but it is amazing how many people seem to throw common sense out the window when behind their keyboard.
Great vid. One thing we emphasize with our client base is to engage their audience! Too many businesses try to push their products without taking the time to interact with their followers. Fundamentally, social media is much like a cocktail party & you have to be relevant & engaging to be of any interest.
Hey Lewis! Thank you very much for the tips. I am priest. And getting into social media. This is awesome! So as you've said, be thankful to people. So in Filipino: Maraming salamat! (thanks very much).
Nice info, I've heard bits and pieces of this in various different places, its nice to have someone put it all together in a short concise video. We all know what to do, sometimes we just need to hear it a few times before it really sinks in. Thanks!
(FYI this video link is bad. I had to view this on YouTube).I'm a veritable sponge for great insights like these. Thanks for taking the time to share.
