Traditional TV and print ad firms still get it

Not so long ago, digital ad firms were predicting that TV- and print-based firms were going the way of the dinosaur. Not so, according to an Adweek article, citing the crazy-viral Old Spice ads. These successful ads weren’t created by any of the big, web-based firm. Rather, they were made by a good ol’ fashion dinosaur: the traditional TV and print ad firm. The lesson to be learned is that whizz-bang technology isn’t enough to get your brand noticed. You might need some of the skills that made the old guys successful in the first place.
